Tire Dressing Stains

I took my car to a local car wash and they put too much tire shine on my wheels. Long story short the tire dressing ended up staining my wheels and I've tried everything short of getting my wheels refinished. I don't want to buy new wheels and I can't afford to have my car out of commission for several days since I work full time and go to school.

All four wheels are stained to varying degrees, but the picture below shows the worst one.

So far I've tried Black Magic foam cleaner, Nevr Dull, Meg's Ultimate Compound and Sonax Full Effect Wheel cleaner and none of those seem to have had any effect.

I've looked up Poorboy's Wash and Rinse and Meg's Wheel Brightener, but I want to see other people's ideas before I use something harsh on the wheels.

Any ideas?
