I have a question which is not related to the thread, but I keep asking myself.

Why do people blank their license plates when they post pics online? I mean, its not like people cant read them while you are driving?

 

Yeah, but sometimes on sites like this, we list the goodies we have in our cars (audio, engine enhancements, etc). While on the street, chances are they have no idea what we have in our cars.

Thieves will go after a car that has all those goodies, but they're less likely to care about just another G35..

Of course it's not likely that some thief is going to go online and see that this guy has license plate "1234567" and then find the guy so he can steal whatever... but ya never know
