Just got my car back from the body shop.... question

Ok sorry I do not have pictures to show you, since it doesnt picture well....
Basically I had my bumpers painted for some light damage ... the body show painted part of the bumper and blended it back into the paint.

It matches near perfect, which is great, BUT!! There major swirl marks on them which I am wondering if that is something to really worry about?? It is something that will need to be repainted or do you think the shop can buff them out??

Also Generally why do cars get swirl marks when they are blended in the paint process?

Thanks in advance guys

You will need to show pics to give an idea of exactly what you're referring to. If they are just standard swirls in the clear, they willl be easily buffed out. If not...they it just depends.

Honestly, if I were you, either way I would bring it back to the shop and have them fix it. In my mind repainting and refinishing to me means they return it clean...including no swirls.
