HELP! Removing paint scratch from bumper
Hello everybody.
The left corner of my front bumper rubbed into someone's hub cap the other day and now there isn't a dent, but there is silver paint from the hub cap rubbed all over the corner for my diamond graphite paint.
What is the best way to remove it from home?
Any ideas will help!
Thanks guys!
UPDATE!
Before:

After washing and using Meguiar's Scratch X 2.0

Looks better after Scratch X but still looks horrible
I also bought 2000grit 3M sanding paper, sanding block, Meguiars Swirl X, and touch-up paint from the dealer.
What should I do next?
Do you guys think using touch-up paint and sanding will help?

Just get a paint polish and use it to remove the silver paint. This can be done by hand. Meguiars M205 might work. Anything with abrasives. Go too heavy on the abrasives and you will need to follow it up with something finer to get rid of the dull spot you created.
If buffing doesn't work, you can buy exact color matched paint in an aerosol can (not that brush on touch up crap) from automotivetouchup.com. I just ordered DG paint from these guys. Their website also features a step by step video showing how to prep , wet sand , paint etc...

I will try to remove the paint by hand first. Should I buff it first, or use Meguiars product first and then buff it after? I will try to paint it after Plonka.
Thanks everyone!
