when i polish, if its bad enough i use M105/surbuf pad and then M205/orange pad.

you might want to try using a more aggressive pad with the 105 so you don't have to make multiple passes. finishing with 205 and a glaze will reduce the marring from the 105.

 

I need to get a more aggressive pad. What do you recommend? The 106FA worked pretty well as a finishing polish. Pretty pleased with that.

Nice job...my swirls and imperfections look just like that cars did..makes me want a buff even more now..but at least i know all isn't lost

Blackfire Wet Diamond is incredible. I did a similar orbital routine using M205/M105 then Blackfire Polish and two coats by hand of BF Sealant...24 hours apart on my Twilight Blue.

1 year later people are still asking me what I use
