when i polish, if its bad enough i use M105/surbuf pad and then M205/orange pad.
you might want to try using a more aggressive pad with the 105 so you don't have to make multiple passes. finishing with 205 and a glaze will reduce the marring from the 105.

Nothing like a clean and polished black...looks great!
Blackfire Wet Diamond is incredible. I did a similar orbital routine using M205/M105 then Blackfire Polish and two coats by hand of BF Sealant...24 hours apart on my Twilight Blue.
