'11 scratch shield paint question

Well actually my question is do the '11 G37s (sedan in my case) have the scratch shield paint? I've tried searching but I keep finding mixed answers. Some say they had it in '09 and then discontinued. Others say it was only discontinued for '10 and brought back for '11. I asked my dealership and all I got was, "scratch what....?" Infiniti's website doesn't mention anything nor does the owners manual (although it does discourage the use of a buffer). I'm looking to do a full detail next month but not sure if I can take a buffer to the paint.

check under the hood, there is a sticker there if they used that paint to warn you.

FYI, my 12' model does not have the sticker.

They discontinued it after 09. The paint was kind of a gimmick and turned out to be a flop.
