How do I get this off my wheels?

I was wondering if anyone could help with this...I'm don't think my wheels were like this when I purchased the car, but what can i do to get it off? It is almost like they are chipping. See pics.

^ yup. My guess is to either have them repainted or powdercoated. Don't think you'll be able to "touch" that up...

Could have been harsh cleaning chemicals used in the past or just defective paint/clearcoat process...

The clearcoat on OE wheels doesn't last much longer than 4 to 5 years before they begin to peel/chip due to conditions they come in contact with daily. Powder coating is the right way to solve your issue and it will last forever!
