Carpet Shampooers W/ Vacuum

I am in the market for a nice carpet cleaner, in need of doing clients cars without have to scrub the shet out of them with my spot cleaner, vinegar, and other cleaning solutions.

I recently bought the McCulloch MC1246 Portable 1500-Watt Power Steam which is crap to begin with and it was my fault because it doesn't auto carpet really.

I looked at the Little Green but saw a lot of mixed reviews.

I would like it to have some compact-ability

Give me some insight please

Bissel Pro-Heat Little Green Machine.

I was skeptical with the 50/50 reviews but went for it anyway. I've had great results and none of the leaking problems others experience.

As long as you thoroughly clean the unit after every use, all is well!

For my personal business (mobile detailing) that's a little too big for me. The Little Green Machine is very compact and lightweight. That rigid is 2 feet tall/19" in diameter and weighs 25lbs so its too much for me to lug around, especially since I use my G to haul all my equipment.

But if it works for you, then it would probably be a good fit.

Thanks, I went with the Little Green and had 2 jobs today and it worked great. I noticed just like what you said that it should be cleaned out after every use. I have one question about the main piece used for the extraction; Can it be taken apart to clean inside a bit more it looks like it might be able to but the plastic would budge?

Glad it worked well for you! I haven't tried taking the attachment apart. I just run hot water through it to clean it out

That thing is pretty serious it's a bit over what I want to spend but looks like very few extractors would stand in the ex-spots' way. Good find.

Its a great machine, very powerful for its size and easy to use.

We just got one at work about a month ago. I took it home and cleaned both my car and my dads in just over an hour and a half. His car hadn't been cleaned in a few years and I was amazed at all the crap that came out of the carpets.

Its set up on a small cart so its even easier to move around.

Run a 2:1 solution distilled water / distilled white vinegar thru the extractor either weekly, or after every ten fresh fills. Vinegar, contains Acetic acid, an organic carboxylic that will help eliminate scale, mild mineral deposits etc. from clogging your extractor.
