What is the best way to get salt/ dirt build up and oxidation from winter off polished lips? Tried using mothers polish and cone. Didnt help much.

are they aluminum? if they are bad you may have to remove the clear coat to get all of the oxidation off and then re-clear coat them. post up a pic or two

Generally a good metal polish will help restore wheels like the P21S Finish Restorer. I apply 2 - 3 small drops to an applicator or soft cloth and buff them in with medium pressure. It should help remove most light stains, contaminants, oxidation, chemical reactions, etc. In general you can't remove etchings and pitting though with basic polishes and cleaners. Let me know if you have any other questions and I'll be happy to help.
