You'll want to throughly clean them with a wheel cleaner, then you can clay and polish them which should restore the shine. I would use Meguiar's Ultimate Compound followed by ScratchX. For the LSP, use a sealant, carnauba doesn't have that high of a temperature threshold.

Start off with a good cleaning of your wheels using the SONAX Wheel Cleaner Full Effect. This is a pH neutral cleaner that is highly effective and safe on virtually all wheel finishes. After that you can polish them with a product like the P21S Finish Restorer which really deep cleans them and brings out the maximum shine. After that you can protect them with the same sealant you use on your paint or pick up a wheel specific product like the Poorboy's World Wheel Sealant. It helps protect the wheels and make future cleanings much easier. Let me know if you have any other questions and I'll be happy to help.

i have several products at home, like meguiars cleaning wax, ultimate polish, ultimate wax and mothers polish. Can i use any of these products?
wash them and apply meguiars clean wax and wipe with microfiber towel?

Newsflash, I just use the same stuff I use to wash the car, with a different mitten of course (a cheap one never used to wash the car). I wash them every single time that I wash my car. I've never allowed any brake dust to acummulate on them at all. Clean as a whistle.

1. Wash/Wax
2. Wash/Polish/Wax
3. Wash/Clay/Polish/Wax
I would use Meguiar's Ultimate Polish followed by a normal wax. Cleaner waxes will not hold up at all, they already have lowered durability and on a spinning wheel subjected to a lot of grime and heat, it will be gone in less than a week. A sealant will work better as it's temperature threshold is much higher.
