Detailer's Domain: BMW Z8 - Full Correction/Engine/Interior
Subject: BMW Z8
Requirements: Remove swirls and imperfections from over the years.
This was a car that was in great shape, not much needed on the inside at all. This Z8 had tons of gloss. However upon closer inspection we found the paint imperfections. Take a look at how we fixed them.
Exterior
- Wheels were prepped with Sonax Wheel Cleaner and cleaned up with various brushes
- Tires were spritzed down with Adam’s All Purpose Cleaner and washed down
- Wheel wells were cleaned up
- Washed with 1Z einszett W99
- Aquartz Iron Cut
- Wash down and rinsed
- Door jambs were cleaned up
- Nano Scrub AutoScrub
- Dried
- Tires dressed
- Masking
- Paint Measurement
- Meg's M105 with Surbuf and Griots Orbital
- Sonax 5/5 Fine Abrasive Paste - Microfiber DA Cut Pad - Griots Orbital
- Sonax 3/6 Nano Polish - Uber Green Pad - Griots Orbital
- Lusso Oro was used as a last step
- Inspection with Fenix, 3m Sun Gun, Infratech, and natural sunlight
- Wheel wells were cleaned and dressed
- Rubber and Plastics Treated
- Exterior windows and mirrors cleaned and sealed
- Exhaust tips cleaned
- Windows were autoscrubed, cleaned, and sealed

Just got some of the Aquartz IronCut from you guys about a month ago. Easily cut my claying time in half!
Tried it on the wifey's car (a white Matrix that have NEVER been cleaned properly) and it looked like a tie-dye shirt.
Just be prepared for the smell... It's stanky isht, but it works great!
I'll need to hit you guys up for some pads for my RO later on.

on your next order pick up a nanoskin autoscrub pad and you will cut your clay time down at least another 25% if not more.
