What should I do?

Well bought this car a few months ago and finally have time to try to fix some of the issues it came with!

I can't figure out how to fix this door above the glove compartment, tried removing it to take a closer look but couldn't figure out how to do that either!

Secondly, my seat has taken a turn for the worst in the past week. Started cracking and ripping. What are my options for this? I'm not looking to spend $200 or more on this, is a repair possible? Seat Cover? Reupholster?

is the glove box actually misaligned or is the vinyl jus coming off?

Vinyl is coming off

theres adhesive sprays u can use to spray as much as u can after peeling it as far back as possible then stick the vinyl back on
