Dipyourcar.com's touchless wheel cleaner.

Okay, so I will start off by saying I am no way affiliated with dipyourcar.com, other than I use their products to "paint" my car. Well Fonzie the President of the company posted this today. I know me personally I have tried about every product to clean my wheels, and none of them really work as they state they do, when it comes to wheels. Every single bottle says touchless, and guess what I scrub. Well those days are OVER. Enjoy!!!

Very interesting, might have to get me some of that..

Ugh what exactly have you tried as far as wheel cleaners?

I might add to use caution with anodized. Or special finish wheels when trying new cleaners

Frankieg35 Feb 18, 2013 08:51 PM

Its safe for all finishes, I just asked the same question on the youtube video..

Ya I asked the owner if on say a set of volks if it would cause hazing. A common issue with wheel cleaners. He said it would not. I have tried just about all the main brands wheel cleaners, and the best I found was eagle.

I was watching their video's and I don't know how a car fully painted with plastidip can look good??

guitarrocker98 Feb 18, 2013 11:25 PM

Well, it's thinned down, and if you actually use a paint gun over the paint can, then it looks a million times better. I don't think a dipped car looks terrible, most people don't really notice a difference until they touch it. Granted some people do notice it, Die hard car people notice it.

I find it hard to believe this subject even came up? Using paint that can be peeled off on wheels and body parts :OHBOY: and someone sells products to clean it too?

have you ever tried Sonax ? and did it not work?

Invalid_User Feb 19, 2013 01:22 AM

You know I have not tried it. I for sure will give it a shot though. The reason to why I posts this was just because it works. At least he has a video and shows it, and the majority of people don't know of to many other companies on the Internet of cleaners, and since our experience has been terrible with the ones from stores there os a slight chance we would even buy one on the Internet, but I will give both sonax, and this a shot. And as far as plastidip goes, I dipped my car a while back. It actually looked pretty good. It allows me to change the color of my car as well when I want something different.

Its not something I would do to my car, but they really don't look that bad. At least when they're done properly.
