Wheel Well Cleaning

I've seen this asked multiple times, on meguiars forums, autogeek, etc. And there are even extra charges at detailing shops for something easy as cleaning wheel wells. Some of you may not give a single **** about wheel wells, but it actually makes hell of a difference when look at it from the side or the wheels are turned, or even during a photoshoot of the car.

Products used
- Sponge
- Towel
- Windex or soap
- Microfiber applicator pad
- Meguiar's Gold Class Endurance Tire Gel (unless you have some other plastic protectant to restore the black new look)

Time spend
8 minutes a side

Instructions
1. Spray Windex on the wheel well plastics
2. Get a sponge and start rubbing until you got most of the dirt off
3. Get a towel and get inside small curves to clean the dirt out
4. Spray Windex once again flip the towel around and just try to dry it off now
5. Get a microfiber applicator pad and Tire gel if you have any, and put a small swirl of the gel on the pad and start working it in on the plastics. (do not apply too wet make sure its spread nicely)
6. That was simple enjoy the new look

Yes i know my wheel has curb rash previous owner had problem parking probably... But im looking to get them fixed this summer, oh will be cleaning the wheels soon too.

Now there are hundreds of other ways to do it, but this is just my way of doing that i think it provides excellent results.

I use soap and water to clean them and back to black for plastics or tire gel.. It is an often overlooked part to clean but makes a nice difference..
