Clean inside of headlights
My plastic caps behind my headlights broke and I never replaced them. Water and dirt have gotten inside my headlights and corroded the reflectors from the looks of it and/or has stained the shiny part around the headlight.
Any suggestions on cleaning this and making them look a lot better???
Here are pics of my headlight to give you a better idea.

The inside of the lens isn't coated, so it's prone to scratching.
That said, once you open the headlights up, take the lens by itself and handwash with warm soapy water (using distilled water for both wash and final rinse.) If it's just grime and oil, it'll come off and leave you with a clear lens again.
The distilled water is important, as it'll allow for the water to just dry off without leaving spots, and you can minimize the risk of scratches from wiping it down with a microfiber tower.
Gentle hand-washing with warm soap (dishwasher soap is perfect) will ensure you don't scratch it.
