How to clean my wheels?

So I just bought this g35c and the wheels have this weird pitting or black color on the wheels. I'm not sure if it plastidip or spray paint or whatever it is. It's not really noticeable from far but from close you can see it. The pictures below show what I am talking about. The pictures were taken after I washed the wheels and also tried mother's aluminum polish on them.

Pretty sure the black u see is the basecoat and that your paint on your wheels is basically coming off, rubbing or or chipped....

Hi Alf....^.... how's life?
The painted surface of your wheels is worn off or pitted. My best advice if you want them to look really good, find a powder coating company in your area. That's the best way to bring back your wheels to their former beauty!

My man gary has the correct advice. Powder coating the wheels will set ya back about six or sen bills and will make your wheels look absolutely new. Loooove mine!
