Ghost lettering
Hmm.. I just had my car profesionally buffed like 2 weeks ago for a different reason but that didnt get rid of it either apparently lol
Hmm maybe you can try rubbing compound but most likely it's due to your paint getting oxidized and the paint under the lettering is almost brand new. It's a difference in paint
Have a professional detailer go at it with a first cut compound. This is a surface problem that could be cured by compounding.
