Minor accident causing paint to chip, what should I do?
So I was fully parked eatting food in my G with my brother.. this older lady(in the 80s) gets in her car and has MORE then enough room to get out and all the sudden she starts reversing.. as I see her reversing I pulled my e-break down and honked and went to reverse my self but as I got into reverse she bumped my car.
Initially I saw no damage at all and I told her to forget about it and just be careful driving, theres no dent or anything but it was a rainy day so a bit of dirty blackish water was covering my Kuruma Z bumper. I wiped it down and saw this paint chip from the accident, what are my options to do now? Do I have to respray? Im trying to get this fixed asap because I dont want it to crack more while im driving and make it worse.

You haz a problem. It will flake if you don't tape it off and take down what's there. You have two choices.
Minor repair and paint coverage (easy).
Strip broken paint and repaint bumper carefully with touch up paint (sealed & more difficult).
Others may chime in.

just take it to a body shop and ask them. but i would assume they would have to sand it and respray it. i am not sure if you could do it yourself, at the very least i would not do it my self.
