Has anyone used this to clean rims

Hello, I just came across this and was wondering if anyone had ever used this on oem rims. Will this remove any kind of Oem coating?

Why? Just buy a decent wheel cleaner.

I bought different ones and they never clean as well as advertised.

The clear coat on factory rims is so fragile I wouldn't use anything but Dawn dish detergent and only a couple drops in a wash bucket! This Shine-Up crap advises using toilet bowl cleaner? That's fu..ed up, and what I use to remove tree stains from my entry sidewalk!

I dunno, man, I used Mother's wheel cleaner on mine (they aren't OEM tho) and hot damn. They basically turned a different shade. I thought they were gunmetal, but they're almost hyper silver after cleaning them.

Are you leaving it on long enough and using a soft nylon brush?
