Front Plastic Air Dam Cleaning?

Stubborn bug and road cr*p, rough look. Mine is black. Any input on how best to clean my front plastic bits?

I am sure it is covered somewhere but I couldn't find answers with a search of the site. TIY!

I use a paint brush. It works well to get into the cracks and crevices.
