Need Help on Bumper Scratch Repair

Okay, so my rear bumper has scratches on it due to bad reversing when trying to get out of the parking spot(i parallel parked). Its on the rear bumper. I know it can get fixed but would like to know if theres a place i can take my car to other than a body shop(they will most likely charge the most for it.)

I experienced a similar issue yesterday... courtesy of Mission Viejo Infiniti (California). It looks like they parked a car right into my rear bumper. Of course, I cannot prove it.

I am so bummed. I have had my new car only for 60 days (not that I'm counting).

You can see the exact scratches of each side of the front license plate in my rear bumper. My car was PERFECT before. I am praying that something like a Meguiar's ScratchX can do the trick.

Take some pictures. Odds are it will need a body shop since the scratches are probably into the bumper, but it might just be paint transfer.
