Zaino Z5 question

Zaino Z5 question
Guys,
I bought the Zaino kit and applied my first treatment to my 6 week old Black G like so:
Dawn Wash, Clay, Z7 wash, Z5, Z6, Z2, Z6.
I had some very minor scratches (put there by the dealer, I guess) and the Z5 definitely helped. More than half of them are gone, and the rest are less noticable, but I think a second (or third) coat of Z5 will do the trick.
So my question is, do the Z5 layers HAVE to be back to back? Since I've done a Z2 layer, can I go ahead and do another Z5 now or do I have to start over before Z5 will actually help? Based on what Z5 does (fill in minor scratched) It seems like a Z2 layer would prevent it from working...
Any Zaino guru help is greatly appreciated.
This stuff kicks a$$, btw!

I'm no expert, but I did z5, z6, z5, z6, z2, z6 this past weekend. You just need to end up with z2 as your final coat. Just don't put more than three coats of z5/z2 within a 24 hour period.
I've had some of those infamous dealer scratches. If the scratch is bad, I recommend some 3M rubbing compound (the stuff you find at Walmart) and then finish if off with 3M #39009 Perfect-it Swirl Remover to get rid of the swirls that the rubbing compound sometime leaves behind. Then you can do the Zaino routine.
These days I request for the dealer not to wash the car. I was actually at the dealer on Tuesday for my oil change. As they drove my car out, I could definitely see a difference between my finish and the other cars. Pretty cool.

Do you have to rewash the car (or affected area) when you have compound a section? I want to perfrom a very light liquid compund buffing on my hood to get rid of spiderwebbing. I was going to Dawn wash the car, then clay it, then compound the hood (no other area requires compounding). Can I apply Z6 then Z5 over the compunded area or fo I have to rewash that particular area with Dawn again, then Z6 and Z5? Thanks.
