Detailing Dynamics Rocks!!! Before n Afters

Yes I enjoy waxing my car. I have used Zaino for the past 1.5yrs and loved it. Still do, but when I did something stupid and tried using a 100% cotton terry instead of my usual high quality MF towel, I put swirl marks in my, what was once PERFECT black paint! Anyway, I lived with the swirls through the winter and I just bought the premium kit from Detailing Dynamics (GSQUAD sponsor) that includes the CYCLO polisher and all the fixins! It def wasn't cheap, but the results were great! Below are some pics of the Cyclo, before pics, and after pics. I also removed the final badge and installed some CF rear eyelids. After pics were taken after the 2nd of 3 steps and yes, there was alot of powder residue I needed to wipe off, but I wanted to take some pics while I had daylight. The last pic of the G in the parking lot was after the 3rd step and a quick drive. Now you can layer the Detailing Dynamics products which I intend to do, but I still love Zaino. I find it hard to give up!!! I may just layer it until I finish the bottle and then see how I like it. Detailing Dynamics def has some great products!!! Lemme know what you think!

Diesel 1, the G looks sick. I just put 4 coats of Zaino on my Silver G and it looks amazing. I used only MF towels and can definitely see the difference from cars where I used cotton.

Thanks for the compliments! I'll have to see after a few more layers if I will switch back to Zaino or stick with the DD!!

Yeah i regret ever picking up anything but MF. I was bored one day, it was raining, so I said, lemme try to find the towels Sal reco's. COuldn't find but found a ralph lauren 100% cotton made in USA towel that I thought would work. WHAT A MISTAKE!!! It was a 1,000 times easier removing the Zaino, but def not worth it becuase i got swirls!! URGH!!! Well, at least the swirls are gone now!

Diesel- Car looks great man...Let me ask ya, where did you order those Microfiber towels your talking about? Since I've had my G i've only used microfiber but I just did my first Zaino application and it called for 100% cotton towels, so I used them...I have IP so I can't tell if I've done any damage with swirl marks but I'm sure over time it'll start to show...Is it ok to use microfiber towels with the Zaino? Why wouldn't they just suggest those if they're better for our paint? The %100 cotton towel I bought is micro-cotton I don't know if that makes a difference...Anyways let me know where you got those towels, thanks...Dom

I got my original MF towels from Griots. I think their website is www.griots.com. If not just google GRIOTS and you will find their site. It's a 6 pack with 3 white/3 Yellow MF towels.

After using the Detailing Dynamics MF towels, I will def be ordering more of them! They felt like ...I dunno, so soft it was crazy! Go to www.detailingdynamics.com and click on Detailing Equipment/supplies. I have to order the glass MF towels too! They use these towels on their customers cars which include Ferrari's, Lambo's, Porsche's etc so I know they are safe for my baby! The best part is that they aren't crazy expensive! I think a pack of 3 window MF is like $11. Again, I was so impressed with their regular MF towels!!

In regards to the Zaino and MF, well the cotton terry removes it easier for sure, however I used it once and got swirls. The MF makes it more difficult to remove, you will have to rub a little more and you will have very minor streaks left behind. When you finish wiping the car down getting as much of the Z2 or Z5 off as possible, Spray the car down with Z6 and a MF towel and the streak will disappear and you will have a swirl free shine!!!
