Which factory colors are most forgiving?

After painting my current car a dark blue and having to deal with hairline scratches and the constant dusty look, I vowed the next car I own would have a more forgiving color.

Out of the colors available to the G35 coupe, this naturally turned me towards the Brilliant Silver. How would you rank the different colors of the G35 in terms of resiliance to showing hairline scratches? With Brilliant Silver/Ivory Pearl being at the top and Black Obsidian being at the bottom.

I really like the look of the light blue G35. I guess Carribean Blue got replaced by Athens Blue? The Infiniti website seems misleading since the color option looks really dark for Athens Blue but when others post their pics it looks much lighter.

My Lakeshore slate is pretty forgiving, but I'm coming from a black vehicle so anything is better! ; ) I do know that the standard silver colors are one of the easiest to deal with but in all honesty my lakeshore slate is pretty easy as well. I've waxed my two month old car 3 times by hand so far and have zero scratches and/or swirlmarks.

CB is not forgiving at all. I want to cry when I look at my car under certain lighting conditions, due to an improper wash by a dealership.

White might be forgiving, but I hear its a PITA to match if you plan to get a body kit.

i believe any of the lighter colors are pretty forgiving when it comes to looking dirty or scratches/swirls. so, with the coupes, white and bs are the easiest to keep clean and looking good. i had a white 300zx and it always look fairly clean even after it rained. i have a bs coupe and it's the same.
