Question Swirl marks on the tail lights?

Cleaning my car yesterday and I noticed that there are a bunch of swirl marks on my tail lights.

Any suggestions on what to use here? I have some Mother's plastic polish, but I'm not sure if that will do the trick. I want to make sure I don't make them all cloudy!
Thanks

Meguire's Plastix ( I think that's the right name). It may be the same type of thing as Mother's Plastic Polish.

I've used the Meguire's on plastic head lights before. Clears them up very nicely.
