Question cleaning inside of outter headlight plastic

my headlights have gotten rather foggy over the months, i wasn't sure if it was on the outside or inside....as i suspected- after using Mothers plastic cleaner/polish it did nothing.
does anybody know how to get at the inside of the outter cover on the headlights???
haven't really found much by searching, all i've seen is for HID replacement which requires heating up in the oven to unglue!!!
not sure what part thats for though. i dont want to go through all that trouble.
anybody have any ideas for me?
thx in advance.

I have used Eagles Plastic cleaner and polish on my 04 and it did good. Try some compound on the plastic which also might work. Its on the outside not the inside.

A little fog is not abnormal.
The units are not a sealed system, usually the heat from the lights drys up any laten moisture.

If you have excess moisture you could just heat them up a little
(heat gun or hair dryer) & drive the moisture out.
