Zaino Question
Depends on the product and how **** you are. The wash as much as you wash your car. The clay as often as needed, probably 1 or 2 times a year. The quick detailing spray whenever you feel like it, the sealants (Z5/Z2), are good for 6 months, but you'll likely want to put them on more often. Some folks do it weekly, others monthly, others once a year. It's really up to you. Some people layer them, some don't. Some top them, some don't.
Personally if the cars paint was in good shape to begin with (no swirls, scratches), I would wash, clay, Z2pro, quick detail, then just wash and quick detail every week until I noticed the Zaino shine diminishing (depends on how much you drive, is it garaged, etc) then re-apply. Probably 3-4 months. If your car has swirls or scratches you will need to polish first, Zaino will make them look worse.

Oh one last thing. Those Zaino applicators are terrible. Do yourself a favor and buy some of these.

Piccus...do you use the Z5 to polish and cover up swirls or something else?
Drunken....3 coats in one day is the max you should apply. Bought my car new and did the Dawn wash and applied a couple coats of Z2,Z6 and she looked great. Now that I've had my car 5 months I did the following over the weekend.
Day one. Regular Car wash (not Dawn). Claybar, another Regular Car wash (fresh bucket) Z5,Z6,Z5,Z6,Z5,Z6.
Day two. Z2,Z6,Z2,Z6,Z2,Z6.
Day three...admired all my hard work!

Well if you have swirls, i recently used the Z7 which is the swirl remover not filler (Z5). If your paint is good shape, Dawn wash and then clay before car dries (keep car wet), use 1 cap of Zaino soap to 12ozs of water or so as a lubricant for clay. Before car dries rewash after claying. Very important to clay the top of the car first, then hood and flat areas and slowly move way from the cleanest areas to the dirtiest ones!
Afetr claying n washing again, your next step is Z7 if you wanna remove swirls. If your paint is good then move straight onto to Z5 with ZFX. If you fill a half applicator bottle (comes with ZFX) you will get 3 coats on the G with it. Apply super thin and use 4-5 drops of ZFX for half an applicator. If you cant get 3 coats out of it, you're using way too much!
Between each coat, spray down with Z6. Also, before starting, lightly mist the applicator with a lil Z6. It will enable u to apply very thin. The Z6 between coats makes each coat go on n off much easier.
After your third coat of Z5, rinse the bottle thoroughly!
After 24hrs, or the following weekend etc, wash the car as normal and after drying, spray car with Z6 then apply Z2 (no ZFX required). Allow 24hrs between coats without ZFX. I prefer to get as many layers of Z2 on as possible.
Z2 and Z5 can be used interchangeably.
TIP: After having Zaino on the car, when you rinse, take the nozzle off and use free flowing water over the entire car. You will have very lil water left to dry up. After that, I use an electric leaf blower to finish drying her! Works awesome!

Yeah, you will be amazed how the water will fall off the car. I remember driving in the rain and was amazed how the drops of water were traveling up the hood. I've never seen any wax repel water as much as Zaino.
I don't use Z5 as a filler really. I like glazes better since they tend to do a better job at filling, but I only fill as a last resort. I do like Z2pro for it's durabilty and finish, though. And Z-PC (the real polish) is nice for removing scratches instead of hiding them, but it's tough to work it by hand. If the paint is in good shape already I'd skip Z5 all together and go to Z2pro. If the paint needs work I would actually polish it and remove the swirls then apply Z2pro rather than hide them with Z5. Just imo.
