just received my detailing products i ordered online in anticipation of buying an 05 6mt - what do you think of my choices- did alot of research..

klasse all-in-one
klasse high gloss sealant glaze
menzerna wheel and tire cleaner
menzerna instant acrylic spray detailer
blackfire tire gel

 

I think they look good. The only one that I probably would have done differently is the Klasse SG - reason being it is kind of difficult to remove and has only average logevity. However since you already have it definitely do use it - just make sure to apply it really, really, really, thin, or it will be a major hassle to remove.

 

Overall pretty good selections I really like the Klasse and Menzerna product line. Next time I would get the Menzerna FMJ instead of the Klasse twins but thats just my opinion. The Klasse HGSG is designed to be left on for 8 - 12 hours for optimal results. Maybe apply it at night and remove it in the morning. Letting it sit that long allows it to cure properly and its actually fairly easy to remove after that time. If you remove it right away its definitely going to be hard to remove. In my experience its very durable when given the proper curing time. I would estimate that it gives you protection for 6 - 12 months (assuming the surface is properly prepared) and I'm usually very conservative with my estimates for length of protection.

 

I don't see a wax on there. Yea, the Klasse SG is a very nice glaze. After you apply the glaze, top it off with some pure carnuba wax. Other than that, I don't see anything wrong with your lineup. Down the road though, you might want to invest in a PC (porter cable) .

All good products......but I'll stick with my Zaino!

 

I've been happy with my Zaino! It's a lil pricey but worth it in my opinion.

 

Zaino! Nothing but great results!

 

He'll get the same results with the products he already has, and considering Zaino's imcompatibilty with most of what he's already ordered it's probably not the best idea for him.
