Carcrafters

Hey all, I thought you'd like to hear about how our old friend Carcrafters has handled a recent problem here.
He had advertised on our site without permission, or an agreement from the owner, for the past week or so. I'm sure you came across some of his posts/ads.
So until his advertising was approved, his account was put on hold until we could contact GodZilla. He was asked a couple of times to stop but continued, which forced me to politely put his account on hold.
I received this by email from him in response.
This post isn't meant to be vidictive, or done in anger, but to show you who you are dealing with. Be forwarned.

I tell you what, why don't you get off your little power trip. I couldn't give a [censored] what you do. You all sound like a bunch of little **** anyway. My G this, and My G that, and who can wax his G this way, and who can wash his G that way. It's enough to make you puke. I offer people something of mutual interest, and you object. As far as Godzilla, or Kyle, or whatever the hell his freakin name is, I already asked him about advertising on his precious little website, and he didn't even have the professionalism to respond in any kind of way that even suggested that he was trying to generate any business for himself. Grow up, your probably some little 19 year old that still lives at home and Mommy, and Daddy had to buy you your new car because your a complete failure in life. Believe me if I want to advertise on this website, I'll just simply register under a different name, or have friends post my info, so don't be threatening me you little *****! And remember, you wrote me, so you are harassing me Jerk Weed!

Thanks,

Frank O'Grady

Re: Carcrafters

Hey, we're not trying to be vindictive. And GSM is not alone here, he posted this message as suggested by several other moderators on this site.

Forum policy is NO ADVERTISING unless you're a sponsor. That's the law dictated by the owner's of this site, not us.

He's not a sponsor, he has 23 posts to his name, and only 1 of them was not an ad. We asked him repeatedly to not advertise without consulting Kyle. Unfortunately, Kyle was busy and unable to response for a few days. When he continued to post ads after being asked not to, his account was temporarily suspended. In response to that, he wrote the message you see posted here. I wouldn't exactly call that email of his polite and professional.

In addition, we were receiving many complaints from forum members about this guy spamming the forums with ads. They were requesting that we remove the ads and deal with him.

Bottom line is, if you're not a site sponsor, keep the advertisements in the Classifieds section.

Re: Carcrafters

Carcrafters: We would have been happy to let you air your side of the story, but it seems all you wanted to do was spam us with more of the likes of that email above.

Due to the constant slamming of this thread by a half-dozen "new" forum members that all happen to have the same IP address as "carcrafters," this thread is now closed.
