Re: Impul Spoiler Installed

Hello everybody!

How many of you actually like the IMPUL spoiler? I think it looks great, the price range is way to expensive. There is one member that actually said its possible to make an IMPUL spoiler out of carbon fiber, but he told me that he need lots of ORDERS (interest in this spoiler) in order to produce this molding. I'm not sure about the price but I know its not going to be a $500. I think around 250-300 dollars. His screen name is : My6speedCoupe

I'm sure some of you guys know him. Well just drop some lines, if you are interested. He usally responds within 2 days or so.

Chris

I think the spoiler looks awesome. My only concern is the huge gap between the pieces. If they were closer together and less obvious, i would buy one.

Re: Impul Spoiler Installed

That sounds a little bit more reasonable, for a carbon fiber version. Now to argue that impul made it. This isn't a forged 3 piece wheel like volk vs. konig, this is a piece of urethane. That is apples to oranges. But i'm not going to say anything else because I don't mean to bash anyone here, it looks very nice.. Just hate to see people paying that much for something that miniscule.

Re: Impul Spoiler Installed

ehhh just wait a few months or a year. theres bound to be copies of this kit made by then.

for the s2000 c-west, airwalker, backyard racing, j's racing, top secret, were all incredibly expensive parts. then people just waited and soon enough people were making copies of this kit.

yea the price does suck, but if you want to wait then wait, if you have money to burn then buy now. personally ill wait for the copies. aint no difference between the two anyways.

Re: Impul Spoiler Installed

Is the gap so pronounced because of the length of the center section of the wing? It seems like it is a little short.

I saw the whole setup on Ichiro's car and fell in love with it then. I'm in the camp that thinks the price is a bit much for what you get. No debate on the quality, just more than I think it's worth. I'll be waiting for the knock-offs like the others. Plain economics in my opinion. If IMPUL could sell them for $250, they'd be flying off the shelf IMO.

This spolier is the most saddest looking add on I've seen. Does not go at all with the look of the car. The G35C is a strong vehicle that projects power, brawn and style. This wannabee spoiler is a complete waste of material.

woa thats kind of like the spoiler I was trying to design. Same outline, but a lot thicker. It would look nicer if it stuck out further and fit more flush. Kind of like the stock spoiler, but fit the lines of the car better.

Get it flushed in with the trunk and it well look a lot nicer.

Re: Impul Spoiler Installed

the spoiler looks nice and all but for that tiny strip of fiberglass or plastic, you would think it would be a lot less in price. $450 is such a rip-off!!!! but if you got money to burn, to each their own....

Re: Impul Spoiler Installed

It looks great, but I'd love to see it in person. Hopefully, I'll see one on the road...

Re: Impul Spoiler Installed

Probably costs no more than $50 to make, I agree there's no way to justify that price. $200 would be the highest I would pay. Just my opinion.

Nice...but I think the whale-tail flows w/ the car a little smoother.
