Orange Stiching!!!!

For the 05-06 owners with the sport tuned suspension(6mt), is there any way to clean the orange stiching on the steering wheel, mine is starting to look BROWN, im not sure if the color is wearing off or if it is just dirty.

Dirt. A mild de-greaser should help. If it were UV, the color would fade, not turn brown.

I wasnt thinking UV was a cause for the color to fade, more like rubbing the color off while turning the wheel.

It is probably dirt. One of my other cars has red stiching on the black leather wheel and it will get grubby. I use Poorboy's APC at 20:1 (yes, 20 :1) and gently aggitate the area and it comes clean in 2-3 passes. I imagine the same would work on the Infiniti.

try taking a toothbrush and some mild carpet cleaner diluted down, make sure it doesnt stain the leather first. i plan to do this in a couple of days when my rounds at the hospital are over.
