Tein S-Techs... are those just springs or coilovers?
Cuse I have Tein Flex Coilovers and I have less than 1 finger gap all around and I dont have a camber kit n was told by guy at Dallas Frame n Alignment, that I shud be ok without it.

They are the springs. Less than 1 finger gap? IDK man, everyone on here that Ive talked to thats more than a half inch under stock says get a camber kit, atleast for the rear. Alot of people complain of wear without camber kits. Im just not gonna take the chance with 20" tires as expensive as they are. I guess just keep an eye on your wear of each tire and see if you have even wear or not. Should be ok?? Is he gonna buy you new tires if hes wrong....haha

I have s-techs on mine and I was able to get my toe in spec but my camber is a little out of spec but not much.

I can tell the wear is more significant though. I'm actually gonna order a kit from b2autodesign. they have a great price for it shipped.

Im on volk 19s and I do have a good amount of negative camber, but I was told, after the alignment, I will have even wear. I have had the tires n rims on for 2 months only and so far the wear is even.
Somebody, pls correct me if Im being stupid driving around w/o a camber kit.

im not a genius when it comes to alignment but if theres negative camber, there is more stress on the inside edge of the tire creating faster wear.

My rear tires dont even look like they've been touched on the outside.

Which one are you getting? Have you ordered already?
SPC seems to be the one everybody gets.

Yea, theres some others, but I dont wanna take the chance of gettin sh!tty parts just to save a few bucks. Theres a vendor in the marketplace that will do the whole spc rear kit for 180/shipped. I'll probably pick that up tomorrow.

Rear camber arms local can be picked up at Top Speed. They don't have any fronts in stock though, just rear.

Around $120 I believe...no toe bolts though.

I'm on Tein Flex ... I have the rear camber kit (definitely needed) along with rear toe bolts (and I have an extra set of those!).

After realizing that my rear tires wore down to the steel belts on the insides I figured it might be time for an alignment!

Got the alignment done at Dallas Frame & Alignment (when Josh still worked there) and was considering doing a front camber kit ... Josh informed me that with the correct front toe adjustment that the front tires will be fine.

It's been around 5k miles on the new tires and alignment and zero uneven front tire wear ... even with the heavy negative camber in the front.

Correct alignment FTW!
