dude, sorry to hear about your car man. hope grubbs does a better job on your car than on mine.

Quote: Over spray, they clayed it with out washing it first, Forgot tire pressure sensor in new wheel
Bad paint job in general lots of drips and color match sucked
Seam in rear wheel well very rough
They scratched the black stuff on the rear windshield that they did not even have to touch
Buffed rear light assembly and it was all scuffed up
Bad alignment on the trunk

I thought they would be the best place to fix it but I was wrong.
I do like grubbs infiniti, but grubbs nissan it's a different story.
i took my car to grubbs nissan too. and ray charles did the look-over on my car before delivery. still have a few drips on my roof and my rim. they had to rebuff my spoiler and bumper which took almost two hours! the taillight they replaced is becoming misaligned too. and there's something loose in my trunk. like a plastic fastener for the carpet. NOT impressed at all. only good thing is that they have a lifetime warranty on their workmanship. just haven't taken the time to drop it off again. would service king have been a better choice?

Some service king locations do good work, its pretty much hit or miss with any paint/body shop

do your research!!! most dealership bodyshop are keen on quantity, not quality. if you want to go to a dealership, look at mercedes, porsche, or bmw...they are accostomed to picky clientele. otherwise, like eyustfu said, take it to a high end shop.

If you gonna have to repaint or replace with new paint(especially hood)..show us the finished pictures..
if it will comes out really good...let me use it for proof that shows newly painted part can be perfect....my body shop keep saying tha black is the hardest color to get perfection...
