But to answer your question, my wife I think dealt with EVERYONE up there. It was ridiculous, how much they ran her around.
Go to Grubbs. I found out that my front pads were making a squeaky noise when I was applying the brakes. I took it to Grubbs and they replaced my front and rear pads and about a month later they replaced my rear rotors as well for free. LOL

Not even e-brake turns are going to have an effect on the rear Brembo pads. The e-brake has it's own shoes on the Brembo models.

Hey there - newbie to the boards - can I throw in another bad rap about Sewell? I bought my car there a month ago, had my pants pulled down over the purchase. It was not a good experience for a virgin car buyer. That's all I wanted to say, I've written plenty of letters to Infiniti, Infiniti customer care, and the dealership as well. Venting helps a bunch.

Anyway, Grubbs is the place to go for service? That's much closer to the office for me! Sweet...

I haven't had problems at Sewell. I ordered from the internet salesperson Allison. She's been really nice and sent me some e-mails to check up on the car and stuff. I've had 2 services there also. I requested no wash both times, but they washed it this last time. That's the only problem I've had with them. I don't think you can blame the dealer for bending you over the price. You should have done some research before you purchased, but i understand how it goes.

Yeah, I don't blame them for the price, I blame for the way I was treated... But it was all a part of the game and I certainly didn't bring my A-game. I've got the car I want, so I shouldn't have to go through it again.
