It is out of warranty because it's an 03. But I can buy one for half the price of a what it usually costs. So I think I'm going to do that.

Congrats and welcome to the G crowd. Are you sure it's out of warranty. The G comes new with 4yr/60K miles. I woudl check again on the original sale date and if so you should buy the ext. warranty anyways. I ust sold my OB 6mt 04 with 37K on the clock.

So I went over all the paperwork and what not... and the 4-yr warranty expires in august

So I'm taking it in and leaving it with the dealership for a day so they can check over every little thing and fix anything that has the slightest little problem.

Gah. I'm in love with this car. I was tempted to sleep in it the first night I had it. haha

That's great C8lyn! I had a feeling that it was still under warranty. Yea go in every nook and cranny and see what's wrong with it and send it off to the dealer.

BTW, check your headlights...at lot of 03's and some 04' G's have cracks in them....it's a hairline thin crack on the gray plastic that is between the HID/high beam light..meaning it's inside and not on the outside clear plastic..it almost looks like a backward S....I had to point it out to several people...it's covered under warranty and you get a new full new set including new bulbs.
