Need an Alignment.....help

Hey everyone so i have been to firestone the first time to get the car aligned...rejected because of my GTspec Chassis Braces...Went back and pulled them off and then reattempted the next week....negative.

So I am to low to the ground is what they say. With that being said anyone know of a place that has a low profile alignment rack?? please let me know because my rims are pretty out of spec right now by looking at them...

Thanks

Grubbs does it for $99 regularly (my car is there at this very moment for that and a couple other small things).

They, however, use a machine just like everyone else. Dallas Frame and Alignment would be your best bet as they could care less what setup you have because they use no machines. Everything is done by hand and it's amazing to watch them work. Great shop!

I would not go to Grubbs, Chris. I spoke to them about getting mine aligned and they said they wouldn't align anything that was dropped below 2 inches because they wouldn't be able to get it on the rack. They recommended Dallas Brake and Alignment or you could go with Dallas Frame and alignment like the others said. Or you could get off your a$$ and do it yourself like me

Yea, no dealer would. I did it cause it was screwed up from the start. I thought the fronts both had positive camber, but at closer look, it might have just been the front right. Randy was gone by the time I got there, so I didn't get to ask. I wanted the stock setup good so that if I continue to delay springs, I can get a couple thousands miles more outta the crappy stock tires.

But when I do drop it, straight to Dallas Frame & Alignment. Wouldn't trust anyone else really.

Did they make the newer models adjustable up front? Even the service manual for the '03 coupe says "the front caster, camber, and kingpin inclination angle are not adjustable. If they are out of spec, check suspension components for wear and replace as needed."

thats funny because they had no issues doing my cars...if they know you and you know your tech and have taken care of him in the past they will do anything. all you cheap as$ mooches who try to get free crap installed while other parts are being replaced without compensating them for their help are the reason why most techs will turn you down.

Mr. Jon here is a regular at Grubbs... more so than many.

Either way, they aligned it, we shall see. Got a nice 07 sedan for a loaner. That car was nice and fun!

if i called you a cheap as$ mooch i would have called your name specifically, i was referring to the cheap as$ mooches who try to take as much as they can from the techs that help them out without giving something back. 100 bucks go es a long way and for many visits. its funny how i still pay 5 bucks for them to change my oil
