Dropping car off at Grubbs on Friday....who should i speak with?

Like the title says..I have an appointment for Friday to get my rear-axle clicked fixed and check my power steering...i think its leaking somewhere...

anyways...does anyone know a tech there that will do good work and treat the car right? Do you think i will have any issues since im lowered and what not? also who should i speak with as for the service advisor?

Talk to Brad Ogle, he's always done me right. I think he's been there forever too. I would refer you to Denisha, but she doesn't work there any more.

Right, sorry. Brad's an advisor. Also the service manager is always running around there. I don't know his name but he's always cool to work with or just to shoot the breeze talking about Infinitis. I only met one tech there named Garrett, but he only changes oil (at least the last time I was there he was). He hooked me up when I stripped a bolt hole on my front sway bar and rethreaded all holes - not just the one. But I really don't think he'll be the one working on your rear axle...

Like everyone has said in the past, the only way your warranty is void is if the mods CAUSED the problem. In your case it's a TSB, right? So you should be covered regardless. But I would talk to the service manager first about your concerns. They are great people there at Grubbs, they'll have no problem helping you out. Just be yourself.

Aw man, none yet. I'm getting desperate. I may take her in to Carmax just to get rid of it.

I have always worked with the service writer Randy Scott. He has always been very helpful and never bawked at any of my modifications. He always uses the same tech to work on my car since he's familiar with it.
