Domenic, since you have the 2004.5, the cipher won't be able to raise your idle.. but you are more than welcome if you have any other need of the cipher.

maan1986, I would classify this as more of a super detailed diagnostics tool. You can monitor everything your ECU sees and datalog: coolant temps, injector duty, injector pulse width, air/fuel ratios (2004.5 and up) etc. sample rate is 20 times per second for up to 15 sensors at one time. It also lets you run things such as cylinder power testing, coolant test, fuel system purge, ethanol mixture level adjustment, adjust your idle, adjust the timing +/- 2 degrees etc.

Fuel System Purge is cool if you're installing a fuel pump or new fuel rails.
For some basic bolt on cars, you can advance your timing a bit to gain a little bit of power.
For the more heavily modded cars, you can see if your injectors are being maxxed out when tuning. Logging is good to see where issues may be occuring. With my supercharger, the engine was under a bit higher load at idle to spin the supercharger, so it tended to stumble a bit. This would cause some noise and engine shudder which was annoying and loud. Raising the idle about 200rpm fixed the issue and my car runs a lot better now.

I need to run this on my car right now...I feel like I am missing somewhere....either my timimg is off or I am not using all my cylinders...I may even have an exhaust leak from the sound it makes towards the passenger side front..
will I got my coolant issue fixed...I also have the temp under control..the only issue I am having now is when I am stopped at a light or just stopped in general..my cars heater goes straight to cold....I think my Thermostat is staying stuck open or its malfunctioning.....
