Just got my loaner car: the new G35

I'm impressed, it's a very good improvement over the previous model. Lots of power! This isn't the S version though, so the handling is no where near as good as my coupe. Still, very nice.

Yes, it's the sedan. It's either the 07 or the 08, not sure which, as there weren't any significant changes to the 08 model over the 07, when it received the redesign.

I have a friend who is looking to buy the 08 sedan, so he's gonna check my loaner out tonight, so he can spend some time with it without a sales guy with him.

Speaking of which, he's dealing with Crest Infiniti, looking at an 08 G35 sedan 6MT with the premium package and the spoiler, priced at $34,400. Is this a good price? Does anyone recommend he checkout another dealership for better pricing or should he settle for this deal?

I'll just tell him to check with Sewell first, and possibly Grubbs, before he buys the car.

I have heard Allison is the best at Sewell... I would say ... nothing over invoice... I would take even less if i could...

I got mine at Grubbs and they were better than Sewell, but i learned that I was working with the wrong person there.

He tried Sewell and couldn't get anything lower than 35, so he left.. perhaps he was talking to the wrong person, I'll mention Allison Cohen.

Thanks everyone.

I actually dropped off my '05 earlier today for the 30k maintenance and got an 08 for my loaner... baby is very very clean. I think I like the headlights on my model better, but the fact that my sedan doesn't have dual exhausts will forever irk me!
