Shops that install alarms
Finally, after 3 months of waiting for my new wheels (which seemed like an eternity
), I finally received it
!
Ideally, I would like it if they weren't stolen.
From what I read, our factory alarms pretty much suck.
Can you guys recommend some reputable shops/people that can install an aftermarket alarm or add a tilt & shock sensor to the factory alarm?
Also, would you guys recommend a major retailer to install the alarm? (Best Buy, Circuit City, etc)

Good friend of mine installs alarms, audio for a living. I would recommend him over any retailer any day of the week. Give Richard a call (972) 9797729. He installed my AutoPage alarm on my G.
I have the Viper 5900 Remote start, keyless, and alarm and it works awesome! Best buy in longview installed mine, but thats where i work so i know that our car audio guys are worthy of working on my vehicles, they are both MECP Certified Advanced installers, and studying for their masters. I'm not totally sure about the installers in the dallas area but they should be good too, just make sure they are MECP before they touch your car lol, and advanced is a whole lot better than just basic certified. I would not go to Circuit City, ours here is a complete joke, their installers know absolutely nothing, and are rude at that. Not sure about the CC's over in the DFW area. All i know is CC is nearly out of business and Ultimate Electronics is trying to buy CC.
