Dealership and aftermarket parts

will any dealer around here instal aftermarket parts (D-spec shocks). Along those lines, my new D-specs lasted less than one year (bad roads)...any suggestions? I don't want to hassle with coilovers.
thanks

I'm pretty sure Grubbs Infiniti in Bedford/Euless would do the install ... but why are you set on having a dealer do the install? There are plenty of aftermarket shops that could do a simple shock swap for less money probably.

Also, why do you consider coilovers a hassle?

I need another car i.e. a loaner b/c of my work (always on-call).
I had coilovers on my s2000 and didn't have a good experience.

Grubbs won't install anything that isn't bought through them when I checked a month ago, but you could always re-check. Sewell wouldn't do my springs either. Not sure what to say if you need a loaner, but some place I was looking at said they give loaners when you get work done, not sure if they would do the work though.

Easiest thing to do is just call them up. As far as loaner car, I don't think you'd need one. Install shouldn't take more than 1-2 hours. You can always go with German over at GS Motorsports in Irving. He's done a lot of work on local G's including mine.

Grubbs labor rate is $150/hour, I would find a different shop even if they did install aftermarket parts.

T1 told me 300 to install springs. Jotech charged $300 to put my front springs on. I assume these are flat fees, not based on labor charges.

You think he'd be able to work on my 37?

thanks...I'll try calling him. Is it pretty easy to find? I'm not from around here (just moved from Va Beach) and I just know the Uptown area and how to get to the different hospitals I work at.
