He did not give a ticket on the no front license plate, just a warning, but he wrote the dang warning on the speeding ticket.
He did not pull me over for the plate, he pulled me over for alleged speeding.

Now, he wrote...
Alleged speed: 86
Speed Limit: 65
Radar Cali. : 17 : 13

I definitely wasnt going 86, it was rush hour, there was no room to go that fast. I am sure he doesnt have me on his radar. Thats his guess.
Speed limit on Tollway from Legacy to Keller Springs (both ways, my route) is 70, NOT 65 as he claims.
Is it worth fighting this ticket???

 

Absolutely! The simple fact that he got the wrong speed limit is the biggest mistake! That's huge. The fact that it was rush hour and nearly impossible to be going 86 mph anyway is the humorously obvious part.

hell yes! get proof of the posted speed limits with pics from that point on and since he wrote down the wrong speed limit thats typically a dismissal automatically because its false data.....

i don't even know where to start, sense i've started working in las colinas i see about 3-4 epic ricer g35 coupes a day...saw a confused ip coupe today at canes, worst i've ever seen should've gotten a pic...rear was burned up from exhaust, skyline with infiniti bading, one-off greddy kit, ugly gold rims....etc etc

 

I saw a clean ip coupe lowered with either BBS LMs or the varrs replicas on Preston and spring creek yesterday.

 

spotted a sedan this morning with full coupe exhaust...muffler was hanging sideways on the tollway

 

Saw a white G this morning at Midway and International. Chrome wheels and brembos. We exchanged a friendly wave, I was the black on black Z.
