DFW guys: Top Speed under car brace
I got the brace installed, Richard was very cool and worked with me on a couple issues I had the first time around. I had some rubbing with my resonated test pipes, but we used two spacers and that gave me perfect fitment and the clearance from the exhaust that I needed.
Thanks for the hookup with this deal Will!

Hey Jon, sorry I couldn't make it out to your bday bash but I'm sure you have nuff drinks for me. Let me know if you think you're going to be able to do it this weekend; I've been tied up myself and havent had a chance to go either.
I may try this week or in two weeks after another paycheck...unplanned clutch job/etc. set me back some..plus the slicks im runnin r getting too slick for comfort too...
reviving an old thread, but for good reason. This 4 point brace does indeed fit the sedan! For $99 I wish I had done this a long time ago. It makes the car feel great. It forces the suspension to be more efficient and my car finally feels good going over bumps...much less jiggly jiggly.
I love this bar over the GTSpec, in that the front two mounts actually attach to the suspension and the rear two to the frame. So needless to say, my turn-in response at higher speeds is hugely improved. If it had a little quicker steering ratio, it would now feel exactly like my old 350z. The steering feedback is tremendous now. I had no complaints before, but now with the extra rigidity along with the steering response, I'm quite happy.
The only downside is it drastically reduces clearance. The mounting points could be a good 1/2" shorter and it would still fit. This may not be the case with a stock exhaust though, so I'm giving Top Speed the benefit of the doubt. We'll see how I do once I encounter some speed bumps.

My weekends have been completely booked selling houses. I should have some time very soon!
