What do you prefer?

04 headlights or 06? what's the benefit really? Do the projectors really outweigh the HIDs and getting rid of the stripe down the side? Or do you prefer the "all white" look of the 06s? I recently acquired a pair of 06 headlights and haven't put them on yet.. Just wondering what you guys thought.. Any downfalls from the 06s? Other than losing the lit stripe down the side?

 

I have 2007 projectors and i haven't looked back. I thought I would miss the side light strip on my stock 2004 headlights too, but after a day of having the projectors on, i completely forgot about the light strip. I love the way the projectors look over the 03-04 HID headlights.

I dont really know of anyone that would say the 04s are better. Ive seen heavily modded cars with them, but I think its owner preference.

Style-wise, its your choice.

Performance-wise I dont think theres much comparison.

06 headlights FTW man..the 03-04 only look really good if they are modified very well....CCFL strip's, halos, painted etc....IMO the Projectors just look alot cleaner! you wont deal with the cracking issues that the 03-04 sets have after a period of time...the 03-04 will eventually start to fade in color et.c

 

06s with 04 features like the original amber parking light, or the strip if u got time to make it

just thought it'd be fun to have everyone air it out... Wanted to make sure I wasn't missing anything before I threw on my 06s, making sure there wasn't anything I should be forewarned about.
