That would be difficult as there is no 60 yard line...

It is 60 yards long though, stretches from 20yrd line to 20yrd line.

I got tickets to opening day against the giants, lower level row 4, from my gf for my bday I cant wait, Im so ready for football season already.

If anyone is interested in any tickets, college, pros, concerts, whatever my buddy runs his own ticket agency and has good prices and offers free upgrade on your tickets if better ones are unsold by gameday.

Check it out at www.redzonetickets.com

Got tickets to the NBA All-Star game there this year. Just waiting for Valentine's day now to see that massive stadium.

I thought that the field was able to slide in and out of the building like it does in Arizona? I guess they didnt do that at this one??

Quote: Looks sweet. I have tickets to the Ark/TX A&M game that is there on Oct. 3. I am looking forward to it....
That should be a good game. Is Arkansas better than their 52-10 drumming I saw last year at UT?

In Arizona the entire field (made of real grass) moves out of the stadium on wheels.

I figured that the new stadium would have the same technology.

They went with a matrix turf, pretty much synthetic grass. And the whole tray thing is cool and all, but more of a "wow" factor, it really raises cost and can get very expensive. Real grass is also very high maintenance. With this system it can just be stored away when not in use and wont get torn up by high school and college games, they have an entire different set of roll out fields for that. Just allows for more versatility with less maintenance. Jerry chose to spend money on new technologies that are "truely" impressive, like a 180 foot HD screen....lol
