Talk to muh boy Jake (Acid Jake) on here. Z'G's, he knows em in and out.
As per JaE35 suggested, here is my question from another post.
How many members are near the Fort Worth area? seems like a lot are in the Dallas area.
I am looking for a Tint shop that uses quality tint; I need to tint my 35 and my brother got a new car and wants to tint it. The guy we used for years has moved on and shut down the shop. I have a new local shop, but wanted to see if there were any other proven Tint places out there. Thank you in advance.

Yeah most everything seems over in the Dallas area. The exhaust shop I use is in Duncanville, so I know traveling can be worth it. I just have a shop that will work close by, but want to compare to others in my area or close by to see if the price is right.
my guy uses 3m with a lifetime warranty. hes in allen if you want the address
The local shop to me uses Llumar which is great tint; just wish I could find someone using Johnson, that stuff was still dark and barely faded after 10 years on my brothers truck.
WTB - Black 2008 G35 Sedan Rear bumper
I am posting here because I don't want to deal with shipping. Does anyone have or know where I can find a 2008 G35 Sedan rear bumper in black? I don't want to deal with having one painted so it has to be exact as listed; just pull off mine, install & fit a factory bumper. Hoping maybe someone did a body kit & has their factory bumper still. LMK & thank you in advance.

Does he hand cut or use a vinyl cutter with tint program, and how much is it to strip the front and tint the whole car in limo; if you know off hand? His name and number would be great.

not sure how much to be honest but he only uses 3m and tint is all cut by hand once installed. he has tinted 4 of my cars and a bunch of my friends.
his shop is custom concepts.

I've had better luck getting issues fixed on my wife's M35 at Sewell than at other dealerships. I drive out of my way to go there, so I'll agree with this statement!
4 years ago - Took the car in for the standard leaking valve caps, found oil pooling in 2 and 6. The lead tech would not do the warranty work claiming my oil catch can was "putting too much pressure on the crank". Complete BS. The worst part is that he came out and stood there arguing with me when I asked for him to show me or prove it and cited the magnusson-moss act. The response was, please take it up with infiniti corp. My OCC has been on for almost 10 years, 2 different cars and never a problem. Obviously the problem is widespread, i even showed them the thread on here!
This year in march - took the car in to diagnose headlights not igniting. both went out within a week of each other and 1 ballast had been replaced less than a year before at Sewell's OWN collision center on Cedar Springs. They call me back saying both ballasts are bad. I called back and said can you check again, 1 ballast is new. they called back saying NO THEY ARE BOTH OLD!!! I called the rep who handled my ticket at the collision center, had him pull the records proving they replaced the ballast and had him forward it to the tech. I called the manager and told him i didn't appreciate lazy diagnosis after paying $90. I also contacted infiniti through facebook and opened a ticket.
Here is how the lowlife goons at Sewell payed me back, sabotaging my car by :
-removing TWO screws from the older headlight and the top screw from the other, so both headlights were so loose they shook over bumps.
-did not hook the ballast back up, left it DANGLING in the headlight housing
-left the hid bulb loose in the housing, wire bracket open and all
-STOLE a Nissan windbreaker, and Nissan hat that were in my trunk.
Those items I found after an initial inspection and going in to fix my own damn car. Who knows what else they jacked-up. I will engage in an online smearing campaign when i have time. Bad reviews on every possible site.
Mr. Sewell is no longer on our board of directors at SMU, but if i ever see him again I will spit upon him.
