Yea, kinda. Hence just gauging interest. Not necessary, but I have this house that I don't spend enough time at, so it's a good deal for someone. Good sized house, garage, pool right behind it, perfect for chillaxin, etc...

 

And from time to time you'll get to knock on the wall n tell Chris n his girl that they're making too much noise...ha ha ha...
