Hi guys iam new to the DFW G35 owners club just bought a G35 sedan ivory pearl and I would like to be a part of your meet club and get to make some mods on my ride as iam no expert on this things just to get it away from the stock look.

I really want to get into the performance upgardes first but at the same time get some ideas on the outer look of the car. This my first time ever owning a car. I was used to suvs and trucks so iam new to this car area.Originally Posted by acidjake75

Supper Kiko..
A few of us are meeting at the carwash on Coit and Spring Creek in Plano tomorrow around 5 or 5:30 after work. I don't know where in the area you are but you're welcome to fall through.
Kirks, our cars have Y pipes already you don't have to get a new one to get HFCs (High Flow Cats)..
Also, you'll only get minimal gains from a catback exhaust if you're not turbo or supercharged. HFCs are by far the best exhaust mod for a Naturally Aspirated car.
Kiko, heed Kirk's advice, I've only been modding since Feb, and there's a LOT to learn here.. READ READ READ.. And if you don't know, PM someone.. We're all friends here in the Dallas Forums.. I've learned so much just by listening and reading, you'll absorb so much info.
Good to have you w/ us man.. Sedans are nice and powerful too.. Can look REALLY nice if you take your time and have a goal of what you want your car to look and perform like BEFORE you start modding.. It's really easy to get sidetracked and just throw a bunch of stuff on your car that make no sense.. Also, don't be offended by those that contradict with your style, everyone has an opinion, but what matters is what YOU like for YOUR ride..

I appreciate the invitation man but i get off of work tomm. at 5 and i work in the dallas down town are so that would make it preety hard for me to get their in time but any other time would be good bro. Twalls: I was only giving him a list of some of the more popular exhaust up grades as in you can up grade your stock y pipe for a higher flowing and lighter version. Also where do I say you have to have after market y pipe to get HFC's?
