That is great news. I think it is the right thing to do. Hopefully it will be a good learning lesson from them, and Cobb will focus a little more attention on the G/Z market. I have nothing but good experiences at Cobb Plano, and this reaffirms that they are a good company to do business with.

And I already told my wife but a stereo would be a great use of that unspent money I will keep that in mind thanks .

I read through the entire post on My350Z.
I think Trey is doing the right thing here and it says a lot about the guy behind the company. It would have been nice if they did this a month earlier, but now is better than never.
I know Neil and Chris in Plano personally and think they are great guys and have a good knowledge-base regarding tuning cars. There is always room for improvement and one can never know everything.
I hope that Trey does keep his word and Cobb does get more involved in the Z/G market, it's nice to have a local place you can trust.
Hopefully you were able to weed through all the cocky bullsh*t in that thread on the Z forums. One thing I've learned is there are plenty of dumb@$$es with opinions out there...and a lot of them seem to have forum accounts.
Good luck to you in the future and maybe once you get your car up and running...we can take both of ours out to the track.
