hmmm... what did I break on my G today?!?!
Well if your friends with me on FB then you know you what happened but ima post it here so I can vent some more.
Ordered tires at discount 285/30/20 Falken 452. My rears are shot to hell and showing steel wires on the inside.. Didn't realize they were that bad. So get the tires ordered but as you all know discount won't work on a car with spacers. So I go to take my spacers off of the car and remount the tires. I get to discount and they can't get my lugs off because they are cross-threaded and he said they will break the studs if they try. So I ask him for a breaker bar and I get one lug loose then try another and it snaps the stud right off.
So now I am fuuuuuming pissed because it was my dumba** mistake for not putting the lugs back on properly and over tightening them and causing the cross threading. The guy gives me the name of a shop close by that can re do my studs for 45 bucks a side.. Not a bad price at all. I get in the car and start to drive and notice a horrrrrrible sound.. Literally like my wheels are going to fall off and explode at the same time.
So I drive the mile and half at 15mph with my hazzards on in the right lane getting flipped off and honked at. Get to the shop and the guys use an impact and break off all of them but ONE. The last lug just won't come off the stud.. It is spinning the stud in the axel, basically the stud is fused onto the lug. They try everything to get it off, they even scratch up my wheel and caliper (which I am kinda pissed about.. but nothin I can do) and the thing is not budging..
So the shop owner says we are gonna have to keep it over the weekend because we are closed saturday and sunday and we will have to melt the lug off on Monday possibly causing damage to your wheel..
Thank goodness I have an extra wheel and lugs and an extra wheel lock because they stripped my other lock trying to get the lugs off..
This turned into a 750 dollar nightmare.. (cost includes my tires)
TLDR Version: Blake is furious, listening to death metal, wants to hulk smash everything insight including his car
